Meet the Founder
Juan L. Rosado is a highly sought-after leadership and resilience speaker, facilitator, and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than 25 years of professional speaking experience. Known for delivering powerful, practical leadership insights, he has spoken internationally in both English and Spanish to audiences ranging from executive panels to crowds of more than 500 attendees, including senior military officers and organizational leaders.
Throughout a distinguished military career, Juan led and mentored over 100 military officers across multiple leadership echelons and directed hundreds of complex training events, operations, and missions both within the United States and alongside partner forces from over 32 nations. His operational leadership experience allows him to translate real-world decision-making, accountability, and time management principles into immediately applicable strategies for today’s leaders.
As a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College’s Intermediate Leadership Education and Advanced Operations Course Juan brings deep operational insight and strategic clarity to every engagement. His credentials include a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, U.S. Army Certified Instructor, a University of Pennsylvania Master Resilience Master Trainer, and a certified Project Management professional. He has delivered more than 100 hours of formal instruction to U.S. Army officer candidates in leadership, operations, and logistics development.
